We warmly welcome a regular to the Lockyer Powerfest event and Gold Coast Power Boat & Sports Club member – Krystal Arthy! GCPBSC have invited Krystal Arthy to guest commentate the formula future/junior class races over the weekend of Lockyer Powerfest. Krystal knows the Lake Dyer triangular track well, having competed at the previous 4 Lockyer Powerfests! In 2011, Krystal competed as one of only 3 juniors, in 2015, we are excited to have 10 plus juniors at this year’s event.
“I’m so excited to be back at Lockyer Powerfest for the 5th year running! Having been there since the inaugural meeting in 2011, this will be my first year not in a race seat. To be able to represent the juniors and co-commentate with Mark Staunton for all the Junior events will be a privilege and an honour. Lockyer Powerfest is the premier boat racing event in Queensland, if not Australia”, Krystal said when asked for her comment re: being asked to be guest commentator.
